These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zeps Logistics services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Zeps
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zeps. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown up front before you confirm an order. You agree to pay the quoted amount, including any applicable taxes and fees, through the payment methods we support.
3. Prohibited items
- Illegal, dangerous, hazardous or restricted goods.
- Items that violate local laws or third-party rights.
- Anything our couriers reasonably decline to transport.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order before a courier is dispatched. Refund eligibility depends on the status of your order and is handled through in-app support.
5. Liability
Zeps provides insured deliveries subject to our coverage terms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zeps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
